Available. Persons over 16 years of age should request a police certificate (French, Flemish) from the Ministry of Justice, Avenue Porte De Hal 5-8, 1060 Brussels. Application may be made in person or by mail. A written request, indicating the reason for the request, should contain the following:

| Current address |
| Date and place of birth |
| Dates of residence in Belgium |
| The number and place of issuance (if known) of the Belgian Identity Card used while the person resided in Belgium and/or the number and nationality of the passport used while living in Belgium |
