A certificate (Uvjerenje) issued by the Ministry of Justice, Administration and Local Self-Government (Ministarstvo Pravosuda, Uprave I Lokalne Samouprave) shows whether the applicant has been convicted of any crimes and the articles of law involved. A similar document is issued by the Municipal Court (Opcinski Sud) of the district in which the applicant last resided, and shows whether the applicant is currently under investigation in any criminal matter. Visa applicants are required to obtain both documents. |
