It is important to read the descriptions of the services you ordered very closely. Oftentimes, individuals think that a specific report is going to provide them with information that is not actually provided in the search they requested. For example, people often think that because someone has been arrested, they must have a criminal record. In reality, CRS only provides information related to convictions and not arrest records.

Our Guarantee:
Crimiminal-Records-Search.com guarantees that if another Internet background check service finds a criminal record on a subject you searched for, and CRS did not, CRS will refund the charges for the search.

Our Refund Policy:
In order to refund charges for a search, we must have acceptable proof of having missed a record. If a CRS search did not find a criminal record for the search you ordered and you found a criminal record for the same search by using other services, you must email a copy of the search result to CRS Customer Service. Once we review the missed record and find that it is valid your refund will be processed. No refund is acceptable after 7 days.

Turn around time:
Crimiminal-Records-Search.com can not guarantee the turn around time on any non-instant search since most county-level criminal searches need to be conducted via a courthouse clerk, which is out of our control. Also, please note our office hours are Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), and we are closed during the weekend. If you place an order Friday night, it won't be processed until Monday morning. However all the instant database searches are an exception. You will get the results instantly on our website.

Agreement between customer and our service:
This Website is offered to you, the customer, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By using this Website, you agree to the following terms and conditions of use. Please read the terms and conditions and if you do not agree with them please do not use the Website. CRS reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Website is offered.
