Our Verification Specialist will contact the school directly to verify dates of attendance, graduation date and degree information.

What Infomation Is Needed?

Full legal name at the time of attendance at the school.
Date of birth
Full name of school attended including campus name (if school has multiple campuses)
City/Country of school attended
School phone number
A copy of degree or diploma if school is in India
Mother’s maiden name for Latin-American countries
Signed authorization form from subject.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times can vary widely depending on which country the school resides in. CRS Checks' Verification Specialists are committed to doing everything reasonably possible to complete education verification requests as quickly as possible. In some instances, there are factors out of our control that may cause delays in completing requests. Here are some of the factors that may affect turnaround time:

International Holidays: Verifications may be delayed due to a school being closed for holiday. We will contact the school as soon as the holiday is over, and the school reopens.
Political and/or economic instability: Some areas of the world may have political or economic instability, which may lead to delays out of our control.
Schools closed or short-staffed when school is not in session: Delays may occur when schools are closed or short-staffed while school is not in session such as during the summer or during holiday seasons.
Post mail delays: Some schools require verification requests to be sent by post mail instead of by fax, phone or email, which will cause delays.
